CNA Position Summary
Certified Nursing Assistants, or CNAs, provide an exceptional resident care experience that promotes healing and recovery in a compassionate environment. CNAs work collaboratively with skilled clinicians and a team of nurses to provides direct care to residents following an individualized plan of care. This employee will provide and document Restorative Programs to participants. The Restorative Aide is responsible for providing direct member care when assigned and reporting changes in participants' condition to Supervisor
CNA Job Qualifications and Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be a Florida Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Not required but preferred a minimum of 6 months experience working as a CNA
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with geriatric member and with memory impaired individuals and groups
This individual will need to be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population
