Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization towards achieving its mission and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior leadership, project management, operations management and fundraising. This role requires a visionary leader who can effectively communicate with donors, board members, the public and school officials and manage resources, and drive process improvements while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's vision and objectives and aligns with Oak Harbor School District 201 goals.
- Lead the organization in business development, plan and recruit volunteers for board positions and to work fundraisers
- Oversee daily operations, create a CRM and work with community professionals to update website and all pages on it , social media and be resonsive to email .
- Manage teams/committees of the baord to cultivate talent and promote professional growth within the organization.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships that enhance organizational capabilities and resources.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize performance and service delivery.
- Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and conferences to promote its mission.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful partnerships.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
