Provide technical support to Oak Harbor end-users on PC related troubleshooting. Support employees in interfacing with network, phone system and exchange servers. Provide a high level of service to team to ensure that each employee has tools to operate at maximum efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responds to and resolves daily technical problems in a professional and timely manner.
Track and monitor problems to ensure a timely and effective solution. These problems involve PC's, printers, E-mail, voicemail, modems, desktop applications, and software applications.
Install, configure and support PCs for Oak Harbor users with Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office, Internet Explorer, anti-virus, and other needed enterprise applications
Performs backup procedure for the network and recovers mission critical corporate data when necessary.
Support remote Oak Harbor users and users in field offices by ensuring consistent level of end user support across the organization.
Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Associate degree in a technical area or related experience
1 years of experience in Help Desk role supporting MS products and telephone systems.
Excellent customer service and troubleshooting experience for user interface. Basic working knowledge of help desk concepts, practices and procedures.
Experience working with MS platform products, networking and mail administration systems
