The Opportunity at Komodo Health

Reporting to the VP, General Counsel, this experienced attorney will draft and negotiate agreements with Komodo Health’s clients, vendors, and subcontractors, work closely to advise product and data teams on complex issues concerning license rights, use cases, and regulatory matters, and provide general, cross-functional support to the broader Komodo Health organization.

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have…

• Contract drafting and review – utilized strong drafting skills and familiarity with the terms and conditions of SaaS and DPaaS / IaaS agreements, reviewed and commented upon contracts prepared by other parties balancing business requirements with practical legal analysis.
• Problem Solving – helped the business to achieve its objectives by successfully resolving complex problems, identifying and analyzing key business and legal issues, and providing practical advice to appropriate levels of management on options to achieve business objectives.
• Client Service – delivered excellent client service through personal and professional maturity to develop and maintain strong relationships with key business clients.

The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of pay that we reasonably expect to pay across all U.S. locations and may span more than one career level. We carefully consider multiple business-related factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands.

The U.S. national starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan.

Where You’ll Work

Komodo Health has a hybrid work model; we recognize the power of choice and importance of flexibility for the well-being of both our company and our individual Dragons. Roles may be completely remote based anywhere in the country listed, remote but based in a specific region, or local (commuting distance) to one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago with remote work options.
