As part of our team, you’ll help with the architecture and implementation of web services, APIs, data stores, and infrastructure for the Ethic platform, our client-facing portal application. You’ll get to work with the latest technology paradigms on Google Cloud including modularity, functional programming, and reactive applications. More specifically you’ll :
- Architect and build high-performance, responsive web services and APIs to support our client-facing asset management platforms.
- Model the business data into the right data store.
- Add automations to the infrastructure.
- Hands-on code, write unit testing, and conduct code reviews.
- Work directly with Ethic's engineering, product, design, and business teams throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Compensation & Benefits :
Compensation at Ethic is a combination of base salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits. The base salary for this role will range from $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes :
Location : New York, NY (in-office at least 3-4 days a week).
