Position Overview:

We are in search of an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who is driven to offer top-notch support to the customers of Webb Automotive Group. The ideal candidate should radiate a welcoming demeanor, possess a proactive problem-solving ability, and maintain a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively schedule service appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and managing leads.
• Engage with both service and sales customers for future appointments, ensuring retention and fostering a strong connection between the service department and the client.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Service Advisors and Service Managers to meet and surpass team objectives.
• Address customer queries related to service tasks professionally, directing them to Service Advisors when necessary.
• Consistently record and monitor set appointments using CRM and Microsoft Excel.
• Commit to achieving monthly and quarterly call and appointment targets, while nurturing customer relationships.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• A High School diploma or its equivalent.
• Articulate verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conform to a structured work environment, maintaining adherence to guidelines and schedules.
• Flexibility to work during evenings and on Saturdays.
• Competency in basic computer applications.
  
  
  

Valuable Experience:

• Prior experience in the automotive sector is a benefit.
• Call center background is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
