We're looking to expand our team at Oak Lotus Yoga! We're looking for folks who are passionate about our mission of inclusivity and interested in helping us grow our community.
We currently have openings for part-time Manager and Teacher positions, and we’re open to combining Teacher Manager roles!
The way our team works is that all of our Managers are assigned regular weekly Front Desk Shifts and are responsible for customer service sales during those shifts, in addition to their own unique set of tasks. Managers are asked to complete as much of their work during their in-studio shifts (i.e. while class is going on) as possible. Any extra time needed to complete Manager tasks can be done remotely, within reason.
Customer Experience Manager Role Description:
- In-Person Customer Service Sales
- Provide excellent customer service In-Person and Online, ensuring that all clients' experiences align with our mission and values
- Optimize our In-Person and Online customer experiences
- Create and execute strategies for customer engagement and retention
- Ensure new clients receive the white-glove treatment and feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they step into the studio
- Drive Membership sales through organic, authentic connection with clients
- Cleaning Studio Organization
Available Shifts
- Tue, Wed, Fri: 11:45am - 1:45pm
- Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri: 5pm - 8:30pm
- Saturday: 9:30am - 1pm
- Sunday: 10am - 12pm
This is a part-time hourly role of 8-12 hours per week.
