Successful candidates will work in a call center environment assisting customers by answering questions, taking payments, and providing payment solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Review delinquent customer accounts
- Collect complete customer information, including the reason for delinquency via telephone
- Make payment arrangements
- Monitor customer progress and making outbound collection calls
- Work with customers and internal staff to resolve delinquency
