We are looking for an Assistant Executive Director to help oversee the operation of our beautiful Madison community.
The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Assisted Living facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility and as may be directed by the CEO and/or the Regional Director of Operations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Requirements
Required education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience in Assisted Living, long term or health care
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a long term or assisted living care setting preferred
Responsibilities of the Assistant Director:
- Demonstrate a passion for working with seniors
- Demonstrate effective communication skills
- Maintain attention to detail in care and services
- Maintain positive communication with residents, family members and staff
- Manage staff meetings, trainings and new hire orientations
- Implement and follow all Oak Park Place policies
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Manage conflicts and resolve complex problems
- Drive continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and performance metrics
- Work well independently and in a team environment
