Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- Experience: 5 years as a marketing professional
- 2 years of experience managing a team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinates and develops our strategic marketing plan that will identify short and long term marketing tactics and strategies complete with measurable goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain a positive community reputation through involvement with external organizations as determined by the Strategic Marketing Plan.
- Facilitates Marketing Meetings.
- Manage website.
- Plan marketing events.
- Drive improvement in our Google analytics
- Analyzes the market on a continual basis utilizing market intelligence data to make the necessary changes to the facility’s SMP as needed.
- Communicates market changes and census development barriers.
- Assist and develop with sales and marketing team a growing base of referral sources leading to a consistent flow of inquiries resulting in admission and revenue growth.
- Sets steps to conversion to meet and exceed necessary conversion ratio to ensure admission volume supports the center’s census needs.
- Ensures our communities comply with all laws and regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned and consistent with level of preparation and experience.
- Participates in facility programs as appropriate.
- Participates in committees as assigned.
- Speaks to outside groups to provide information regarding the nursing facility and its services.
- Participates in coordinating Internal Marketing events and employee engagement activities.
