We are working with a highly-regarded Am Law ranked firm seeking an associate with at least 3 years of litigation experience to join their Hartford, CT or Boston, MA office.
The ideal candidate will have experience advising and representing insurers, reinsurers, and / or intermediaries in insurance coverage actions and reinsurance disputes. Experience with complex litigation matters including coverage disputes, regulatory investigations, environmental liability, asbestos, construction defects, opioids, workers' compensation, toxic torts claims, and / or other mass tort litigation is preferred. Candidates must have excellent technical, professional and client service skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills, be team-oriented, and have a CT or MA bar admission. Graduation from law school and practice experience is required.
