Job Summary: The Office Clerk is responsible for assisting with daily operations in the accounting office. This entails processing daily bank deposits, processing payable invoices daily, coding and cutting monthly payable checks, processing AR statements, breaking down deals to be processed in the system, and filling in for other positions in the dealership.

Office Clerk Responsibilities:
- Daily bank deposits
- Breaking down deals
- Processing payable invoices daily
- Process monthly payable checks
- Process monthly accounts receivable statements
- Assist with service cashiering when needed
- Assist with answering phones when needed
- Process maintenance contracts weekly/monthly
- Sort and file documents

Monday through Thursday 10-4
