Leasing Agent
The leasing agent would assist the property manager in all aspects of the leasing process. Responsibilities would include advertising vacant properties, show units to prospective tenants, qualify prospective tenants, accept rent payments and provide receipts, negotiate leasing terms and close deals, and provide administrative support and any other assigned duties.
