What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent position at PK Companies?
We are seeking a Full-Time Leasing Agent to join our growing team! You will handle all leasing, resident activities and marketing. You will work closely with the community managers to better serve our residents.
Responsibilities
- Market our fast-growing Apartment Homes.
- Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
- Facilitate lease signings
- Host open houses and other community events
- Uphold community policies and procedures
- Verify and approve all prospective applicants following all fair housing laws
- Upkeep of the community grounds and apartment interior
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields a plus
- Affordable housing experience preferred
- Rural Development experience preferred
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases a plus
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to work some Saturdays.
