Duties
- Oversee daily operations and manage a team of staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing needs and resolving issues swiftly.
- Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
- Lead by example in a high-paced environment, especially during peak holiday seasons.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in inventory control and kitchen management
- Culinary background is a plus

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
