Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in banking, preferably in treasury management, commercial banking, or deposit operations.
Responsibilities:
Implementations:
- Oversee the implementation of treasury management products, guiding clients through onboarding and activation.
- Provide in-person training and conduct follow-ups post-implementation.
Deposit Monitoring/Generation:
- Ensure new business customers move their deposits to OVCB and analyze transaction activity for opportunities.
Analyzed Accounts – Branch Resource:
- Prepare and review account analysis statements and resolve related questions from branch personnel.
Waivers/Service Charges:
- Conduct audits to ensure accurate service charges and manage 90-day analysis waivers for new business customers.
Compliance and Customer Service:
- Ensure audit compliance, process complex transactions, and promote a diverse and respectful working environment.
Skills:
The required skills for this role include strong analytical abilities, which are essential for assessing clients' financial situations and recommending appropriate treasury solutions. Excellent communication skills are vital, as the representative will need to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients.
