Overview
The Concession Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concession stands, ensuring high-quality food service and customer satisfaction. This role involves maintaining inventory, warehouse stocking and distribution to concession stands using a golf cart, organization and cleanliness of all areas and POS/cash handling responsibility. Must have experience in BOH and FOH, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and customer service. This is a unique part-time hourly position at Space Coast Complex with increased availability at certain times of the year when needed. The annual schedule requirement is as follows:
January: Thursdays - Sundays
February: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with a handful of additional days)
March: Increased availability needed
April: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with a handful of additional days)
May: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with a handful of additional days)
June 15th - August 5th: increased availability needed
August - September: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with a handful of additional days)
October: Thursdays - Sundays
November - December: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with increased availability during Thanksgiving and Christmas long weekends)
This role will pay an hourly wage of $14 to $17, plus tips (averaging an additional $8 per hour).

This position will remain open until April 11, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train concession staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area in compliance with health regulations.
- Utilize POS systems, including Sqaure POS, for efficient transaction processing.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest experience.
