Position Summary

The Concession Supervisor Is Responsible For Overseeing The Daily Operations Of The Concession Stands, Ensuring High-quality Food Service And Customer Satisfaction. This Role Involves Maintaining Inventory, Warehouse Stocking And Distribution To Concession Stands Using a Golf Cart, Organization And Cleanliness Of All Areas And POS/cash Handling Responsibility. Must Have Experience In BOH And FOH, With a Strong Focus On Operational Efficiency And Customer Service. This Is a Unique Part-time Hourly Position At Space Coast Complex With Increased Availability At Certain Times Of The Year When Needed. The Annual Schedule Requirement Is As Follows:

January: Thursdays - Sundays

February: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with a handful of additional days)

March: Increased availability needed

April: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with a handful of additional days)

May: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with a handful of additional days)

June 15th - August 5th: increased availability needed

August - September: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with a handful of additional days)

October: Thursdays - Sundays

November - December: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with increased availability during Thanksgiving and Christmas long weekends)

This role will pay an hourly wage of $14 to $17, plus tips (averaging an additional $8 per hour).

This position will remain open until April 11, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train concession staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize POS systems, including Sqaure POS, for efficient transaction processing.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest experience.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide assistance as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
