Position Summary

The Membership Sales Assistant provides essential operational and administrative support to the Membership Sales Team, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional service delivery. This role is critical in enabling the Sr. Membership Director and Sales Coordinator to focus on high-level sales efforts and engagement.

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $18 to $20.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute membership packets, dining certificates, and welcome kits for new members. Ensure all materials are accurate, branded, and timely.

· Tour Scheduling and Coordination: Manage tour bookings in the system, ensuring seamless scheduling and effective communication with prospective members.

· Front Desk and Member Services: Greet visitors, answer membership inquiries, and assist with front desk duties during peak hours. Serve as a resource for prospective and current members.

· System and Data Management: Maintain membership databases, ensuring accurate entry of member information, updates, and changes.

· Event Support: Assist with the setup, execution, and teardown of membership-related events. Support offsite event logistics as needed.

· Marketing Assistance: Help with digital and print marketing efforts, such as creating flyers, sending follow-up emails, and preparing promotional materials.

· Supplies and Inventory: Manage inventory of membership materials, ensuring adequate stock of packets, certificates, and promotional items.

· Daily Operations Support: Handle parking codes, reservations for non-app users (e.g., boardrooms, coworking spaces), and vendor coordination.

· Reporting Assistance: Generate reports related to membership growth, lead tracking, and engagement activities to support the Sr. Membership Director and Coordinator.

Qualifications

Skills/Knowledge Required

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Excellent attention to detail for data entry, scheduling, and preparing membership materials.

· Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with members, staff, and vendors.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn CRM or reservation systems.

· Ability to assist in event coordination, including setup, execution, and teardown.

· Basic understanding of marketing support tasks, such as creating flyers or assisting with social media content.

· Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.

· Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.

· Previous experience in administrative support, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
