Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant
Location : Oak Village Healthcare, Oaktown, IN
Join the dedicated team at Oak Village Healthcare as a Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant, where your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will make a difference in the lives of our residents.
We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time positions, with every other weekend required.
Responsibilities :
- Follow housekeeping procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Handle soiled linen (facility or residents' personal items) and process it through the washing machine.
- Fold and hang resident personal linen, transport and distribute items to residents' rooms.
- Ensure clothes are neatly stored in closets and drawers.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and state regulations for cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment.
- Knowledge of OSHA and state regulations in a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
