Position Summary :
As a Full-Time Grocery Store Lead Associate, you’ll play a key role in our grocery department, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. In addition to your regular duties as a Grocery Associate, you’ll take on minor supervisory responsibilities, such as assisting with training new team members and ensuring the department is well-organized and fully stocked. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position that offers a fun, fast-paced work environment where you can grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities :
- Grocery Excellence : Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring all products are fresh and attractively presented.
- Customer Engagement : Provide outstanding customer service by helping shoppers find products, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
