Whether you’re helping a customer find the perfect bottle or sharing your knowledge about our latest craft beer selection, you are the face of Seed to Table’s wine and beer department.

Position Summary :

As a Part-Time Wine & Beer Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our customers’ shopping experiences. You will assist customers in selecting wines and beers that suit their tastes and needs, maintain a well-organized and visually appealing department, and support our team with a positive attitude and reliable work ethic. This role is perfect for someone who works well both independently and as part of a team and who thrives on sharing their passion for wine and beer with others.

Physical Requirements :

Endurance for Customer Service : Ability to stand for extended periods, ensuring consistent service throughout wine department operations.

Leadership in Wine Department : Set a standard of excellence in wine selection and presentation, inspiring innovative approaches to showcasing wines.

Lifting Capability : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, ensuring smooth handling of wine bottles, cases, and accessories.

Keen Observation : Maintain sharp observation skills to assess the quality and condition of wine bottles, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Clear Communication : Effective communication with customers and team members is essential for a seamless wine shopping experience.

Manual Dexterity : Skillfully handle delicate wine bottles and accessories, ensuring precision in stocking shelves and arranging displays.

Qualifications :

A passion for wine and beer with a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.

Excellent customer service skills with a positive, outgoing attitude.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.

Comfortable working in both fast-paced and slower-paced environments.

Strong communication skills.

Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that the company does not provide these).

Authorized to work in the United States.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have reliable transportation.
