- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative and research support, including preparing sales materials, reports, and presentations.

- Customer Engagement: Maintain a positive and professional relationship with leads and customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
