If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.Our Growth Marketing team is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to help our team improve and scale our paid social program.In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of Noom’s paid social program, with a focus on new campaign launches, pacing and performance management, and internal reporting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Meta platform and performance-based optimization.What You’ll Be DoingConversion Optimization : Planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns to drive specific conversions, such as leads, sales, or app installs.Data Analysis and Reporting : Tracking, measuring, and analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools and providing actionable insights.Campaign & Ad Execution : Launching new campaigns and ads at scale in an efficient and effective manner.Budget Management : Managing ad budgets, allocating spend across campaigns and channels, and maximizing return on investment.What We’re Looking For1-2 years of experience running conversion-based campaigns in MetaExperience at an ad agency running DR, e-commerce or retail accounts is a plusExperience managing and tracking campaign performance against budget and performance goalsExperience launching a high volume of ad creative on a regular basisExperience analyzing campaign data and presenting findings to internal stakeholdersStrong verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detailStrong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to be scrappy and resourceful.What Makes This Job AmazingYou’ll be helping millions of people lead healthier lives every dayYou’ll experience huge learning & professional growth opportunities.
