Your Role
Are you ready to take on the challenge of ensuring that Oakhouse Bakery not only meets but exceeds all regulatory and client food safety goals? Your primary mission will be the thorough management of quality standards, overseeing certifications, and addressing consumer feedback head-on. Through cross-departmental collaboration, you'll enhance our company's culture of continuous quality improvement.
Daily Responsibilities
- Champion client engagement, addressing quality expectations and navigating consumer concerns.
- Facilitate comprehensive audits, engaging with programs including Organic, Kosher, SQF, and more.
- Drive consumer satisfaction, handling complaints and conducting trend analyses.
- Revise operational procedures and extend supplier approval protocols.
- Participate in supplier evaluation, including on-site audits.
- Integrate with HR for onboarding improvements and align new staff training.
- Root Cause Analysis: Implement corrective measures and oversee software operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Prospective candidates should possess:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in compliance or food safety in the F&B industry.
- Acumen in SOP creation, with proven expertise in updating safety protocols.
- Strong audit leadership, preferably with first chair experience.
- Familiarity with labeling laws and an ability to effectively communicate with clients.
