Job Summary
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our highly-rated, family-owned boutique hotels, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
