Job Description :
The Oakland Ballers are looking for part time, seasonal employees to join our game day event staff. Event Staff members will be cross trained to perform the job duties of an usher, ticket scanner, guest services representative, as well as a box office ticket sales representative and a merchandise sales representative. Staff members will be expected to be able to perform any of these roles on any given game day as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Greet, guide, and assist fans at Raimondi Park
- Enforcement of venue rules and regulations
- Aid in distribution of giveaways
- Helping with egress after games
- Resolve ticket issues as needed
- Address customer questions, comments, and complaints
- Provide fans with information about Raimondi Park (seating, restrooms, concessions, merchandise)
- Work with the management staff to resolve any situation which requires attention
- Ticket scanning and gate management customer service
- Single game box office ticket sales
- Operation of POS for ticket and merchandise sales
- Assist in merchandise sales, maintain store cleanliness and shopability
- Maintain proper storage and stocking of merchandise
