Facility Manager

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for cultivation, production, dispensary, and office facilities.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations, OSHA, and environmental health & safety standards.
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and equipment maintenance logs.

 Team Leadership & Training

• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assign tasks, oversee work quality, and provide mentorship to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, performance management, and scheduling for maintenance staff.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with state and local cannabis regulations.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and address safety hazards.
• Maintain a safe work environment, enforcing proper use of PPE and safety protocols.

Project Management & Budgeting

• Manage facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations as needed.
• Work within budgetary constraints for repairs, supplies, and capital expenditures.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance services.
• Maintain building security and compliance with all OSHA, GMP, FDA, state, and local regulations.

Boiler & Mechanical System Maintenance

• Oversee installation, inspection, and maintain boilers, pressure vessels, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair boiler systems, pumps, motors, and HVAC units to ensure operational efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics for mechanical systems.
• Test and inspect boilers and adhere to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and enhance longevity.
