What You’ll Do as a Team Leader:
We currently have an opening for a Team Leader working with our Elkhart Adult Clinical Services Outpatient team.
- Will provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of skills trainers and care facilitators
- Responsible for building a maintaining a cohesive team
- Hiring and training of new team members
- Provide oversight of clinical documentation and skills training/care facilitation services
What we are looking for in a Team Leader:
- LSW/LMFTa/LMHCa required
- LCSW/LMFT/LMHC preferred
- Management experience with a minimum of two years of clinical experience highly preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices in child, adolescent and families skills training.
- Knowledge of reflective supervision and experience with electronic medical records.
