Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 base benefits
About the Opportunity
Oakleaf Partnership is proud to be working exclusively with a leading international law firm that is seeking a Onboarding/Integration Manager to join their People function. This high-impact role is designed for a proactive, organized, and strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, partnership-led environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering the firm's approach to partner onboarding and integration. The successful candidate will lead and execute initiatives that directly impact the long-term success and engagement of lateral partners, ensuring a seamless transition into the firm's culture, operations, and client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end integration experience for lateral partner hires across the firm
- Design and implement bespoke onboarding plans for partners, their teams, and client matters
- Coordinate pre-arrival action plans and integration strategy meetings with internal stakeholders
- Serve as the central point of contact for new partners, offering structured support through the first year
- Track integration metrics, flag challenges early, and proactively suggest solutions to senior leadership
- Collaborate with Marketing, BD, Finance, and Practice Leadership on integration efforts including public announcements and client cross-sell opportunities
- Continuously improve onboarding and integration frameworks based on best practices and feedback
- Support broader aspects of the partner recruitment process, including diligence and internal reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 years of experience in legal recruiting, integration, or talent management within a law firm or professional services partnership
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing deadlines
- Adept at navigating confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to influence and build trust across senior stakeholders
- Collaborative and proactive, with a client service mindset and passion for process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and HR/talent systems
