This active and engaging position offers a competitive pay of $1,000–$1,200 weekly base plus 85% of lesson income.

WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A TENNIS PROFESSIONAL?
As our Tennis Professional, you spend your days bouncing between coaching courts and connecting with members, sharing your love of tennis (and maybe even pickleball) with players of all ages and abilities. Whether you're teaching private lessons, leading clinics, or bringing the energy to summer camps, your coaching style keeps everyone engaged and improving. You get creative, planning exciting mixers and memorable tournaments, keeping the social calendar as lively as the courts. When you're not rallying, you're helping maintain top-notch facilities and ensuring racquets, balls, and court spaces are in perfect shape. Members count on you for everything from scheduling to game day guidance, and your presence helps everyone stay in the know and in line with club policies.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK?
This full-time position offers hours falling within club business hours, giving you a consistent schedule, some flexibility, and plenty of time on the court doing what you love most!
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR TENNIS PROFESSIONAL?
- Experience coaching and playing tennis and pickleball
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for tennis and a commitment to promoting the sport within the club
- Experience coaching at a collegiate or high school level
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage programs and events
- Being USPTA and United States Professional Tennis Association certified is preferred
