The primary function of the Director of Educational Services is the management and administration of the District’s curriculum, instruction and assessments to District students. In addition, the Director of Educational Services is responsible for the development and implementation of all staff development for district staff. Oakley Union Elementary School District (OUESD) is firmly committed to quality instruction and continually seeks ways to improve teaching techniques and services for our students.
