Apartment Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs apartments and buildings
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for tracking work orders and inventory.
• troubleshoot
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately for compliance and reporting purposes.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and customers.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
• Leadership abilities to supervise a team effectively and foster a collaborative environment.

Pay: $19.75 - $27.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
