Responsibilities :
Greet residents or guests upon arrival and departure, opening and closing car doorsAssist residents with carrying belongings to and from their cars and provide directions and other helpful information about the community and surrounding area.Park and retrieve residents' personal cars from designated community parking upon resident or associate request in a safe and timely mannerMaintain a neat and orderly valet stand at all timesManage valet parking spaces efficiently and safely to protect resident cars and community propertyManage and secure resident car key storage system according to community guidelinesSafely operate all resident and community vehicles in parking and driving into community entranceMonitor and maintain cleanliness, safety and security of resident parking areasAssist the concierge team and other team members with tasks as assignedMonitor residents' well-being in a general way and report any changes in the condition of a resident to supervisor immediatelyComplete the necessary end of shift documentation and transfer of keys and tickets in accordance with the community processLook for opportunities to exceed resident expectations and enhance resident satisfactionMaintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when workingComply with Oakmont Management Group standards, regulations and Florida driving laws to encourage safe and efficient community operationsPerform other duties and tasks as assigned or requiredQualifications :
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.Demonstrate ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels across the Company.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively depending upon circumstances.Strong communication and presentation skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Must pass a Criminal Background check.May require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, is a recognized leader in the senior living industry that manages a portfolio of communities under the Oakmont Senior Living and Ivy Living brands.
