Admissions Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic Admissions Coordinator to join our team! The Admissions Coordinator plays a crucial role in census development and supports the organization's admission process. Reporting to and working closely with the Center Director of Marketing and Admissions, the Admissions Coordinator ensures regulatory compliance by completing activities in accordance with the organization's standard operating procedures.
Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities :
- Reconcile Center Census daily
- Maintain electronic bed board / room assignments and collaborate daily with the Environmental team to ensure patient room readiness (acute discharges, bed holds, planned discharges, room moves, etc.)
- Send Opening Census Report by 9 : 30 AM to designated teams
- Communicate all acute readmissions to the Business Development team for follow-up and reach out to patients / families to ensure re-admission to the Center
- Maintain and manage all departmental data logs and reports, including tours, referrals, and trend reports.
