Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience preferred (will hire the right person)

Employment:
- Full-time 4-5 days per week
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Greet and check in patients with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
- Manage patient inquiries and provide information about dental services.
- Handle patient check-out, including processing payments and scheduling follow-up visits.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely patient flow.
- Verify patient insurance information and handle pre-authorizations.
- Manage front office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Assist with patient recalls and appointment reminders.
- Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Collect and manage patient payments and co-pays.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting practice services and special offers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
