Job Description
Seeking a Helpdesk Agent to provide user support and customer service for our Online Platform and connected Hardware. Handle incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the team. Strong communication, time management, and technical problem-solving skills required. Growth opportunities after training. This is a hybrid role following successful training and trial period.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide prompt and effective technical assistance to users through various channels (phone, email, chat).
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding users towards resolutions.
Follow established help desk procedures and escalate complex or unresolved cases to higher-level support teams.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to handle customer calls displaying good phone skills
- Strong skills in working with customers & technology in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Ticketing System (such as FreshDesk or ZenDesk) strongly preferred
Salary : $16 - $20
