Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Manage Active Directory, including account creation and system migrations.
- Provide hardware support and resolve complex IT issues.
- Assist with server maintenance, patches, and network backups.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Tier 2 or 3 IT support with a strong problem-solving approach.
- IT degree or relevant experience; certifications such as MCP, MCSE/MCSA, Network , Security preferred.
- Proficiency in server management, Active Directory administration, and troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
