What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campground Support position at Oaks Camp & Retreat Center, LLC?
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The campus support staff is a part time position under the direct supervision of The Oaks Facilities Maintenance Manager. The primary duties of this position are to assist with cleaning and maintenance of the campus grounds, cabins, lodge and other structures in order to be ready for scheduled group(s) upon arrival. This position may also support, with proper training, activities such as the zip line, ropes course, swimming pool and other lodge activities as they arise.
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED.
Able to actively follow directions and perform assigned tasks.
Must be able to work well with managers, co-workers, guests and residences.
Ability to enter non-handicap accessible buildings.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Remove trash from buildings as needed.
Assist with kitchen duties as needed.
Maintain buildings; well kept and well stocked.
Report any needs to senior Oaks staff.
Perform visual inspection of facilities for lighting or water issues.
Maintain the bathhouse.
Perform grounds maintenance duties as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
