Job summary: We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for several of our Oaks brands, with a focus on Oaks Dumpster Rental. This position will develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand growth, revenue, and customer engagement across multiple companies within the home and commercial maintenance industry. The Manager will ensure alignment with business goals and spearhead innovative campaigns to enhance each company's market presence.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic planning: Develop and execute a robust, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with the business goals of each company, considering individual company needs, market opportunities, and industry trends.
- Brand development: Oversee brand positioning and messaging for each Oaks company, ensuring consistency while tailoring strategies to meet the unique requirements of each business segment. Maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Campaign management: Work with the marketing team to design, execute, and lead integrated marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, across multiple platforms including digital, print, TV, radio, and direct mail.
- Lead generation & conversion: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create lead generation programs and effective conversion strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Market research: Research and analyze various market sectors across New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania to create comprehensive marketing strategies based on location.
- Vendor & partner management: Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors. Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns meet company standards and align with overall business objectives.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with leadership, sales, and the marketing team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and goals.
- Reporting: Compile reports to showcase campaign or quarterly results to leadership using data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably experience in the home improvement, waste management, or construction industry.
- A strong understanding of traditional marketing media channels, including print, radio, and TV.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics reporting.
- Ability to translate metrics and data to leadership, providing actionable next steps and recommendations.
- Creative thinking and adaptability to constantly evolving markets.
- An innovative mindset where no idea is too big.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and with other team members.
