Job title: Website Manager
Overview: As a Web Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development, optimization, and maintenance of 15 Oaks websites. You will work cross-functionally with marketing and IT to ensure that each website aligns with the brand’s identity and business objectives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing to enhance the overall online user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Ownership: Lead the end-to-end management of 15 brand websites, ensuring they meet business objectives, branding standards, and user expectations.
- Site Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize site performance, including speed, functionality, and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
- Technical Management: Have a thorough understanding of backend web development and management for best user experience.
- User Experience (UX): Ensure each website provides an intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experience. Work with design and development teams to improve website layouts, features, and navigation.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to implement new features, campaigns, and product launches on the websites.
- SEO Management: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the websites.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush etc.) to track, measure, and report on website performance, user behavior, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Website Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for any website issues or technical challenges. Ensure timely resolution and oversee regular site maintenance, security, and updates.
- A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization: Manage and execute A/B tests to enhance website performance and user engagement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and design across all websites, working with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in web management, website development, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing multiple websites.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or similar.
- Experience with website analytics platforms and the ability to provide actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with website performance optimization tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple websites and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work with development teams to resolve them.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with eCommerce websites, integrations, and platforms.
- Familiarity with website hosting environments and cloud services.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization tools.
- Knowledge of website security protocols and practices.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
