As the Medical Records Specialist, you will work within our Quality Department located in Mt.Holly, Burlington County NJ.
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30AM-5:00PM; 30 minute unpaid lunch

Responsibilities
- Prepare records for storage
- Maintain accurate logs of records received and disseminated by Medical Records
- Retrieve and disseminate records as requested
- Ensure requests for records are handled in a timely, accurate and courteous manner
- Review requests for release of confidential documentation to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
- Prepare requested documentation for release to external sources
- Coordinate with programs for accurate, complete and timely submission of Unusual Incident Reports (UIR).
- Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to coordinate with programs for accurate, complete and timely submission of Unusual Incident Reports (UIR); data entry and other clerical tasks

- High School diploma required, some college preferred;
- Medical records experience a plus;
- Excellent computer skills preferred.
