Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Be a field expert in our in-house brands, understanding specifications, benefits, price structures, target audience, competition, and market positioning.
- Lead coordination and execution of our in-house brands through comprehensive product education and distributing promotional items.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly pop-up, drop-in, and account activation targets; account engagement micro-events, company-sponsored events, cannabis industry networking events, participation in trade shows, and other miscellaneous events.
- Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with detailed and comprehensive account notes.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with accounts to analyze market trends and consumer preferences, providing insightful merchandising recommendations to optimize product placement and drive sales.
- Lead all aspects of new wholesale account dispensary grand openings, ensuring a seamless introduction of our products to the market.
- Marketing, Communication, Broadcast, or Public Relations experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related preferred.
- 2 years of cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for engaging diverse audiences and conveying complex information with clarity and impact.
- Proven ability to cultivate and nurture strong relationships, fostering connections with clients and customers through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Social Media content production savvy highly preferred.
- Willingness and availability to work outside standard business hours, including weekends; ensuring active participation in events and initiatives as required.
- Reliable transportation, ensuring punctuality and flexibility to travel within the local network for on-site engagements.
- Must be 21 years or older.
