Oak Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Customer Service Representative to join our growing veterinary practice in Gainesville, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to help rebuild and shape the future of a practice that’s passionate about excellent client service and compassionate care for pets.
As the Lead Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in providing outstanding service, fostering positive relationships with clients, and leading a team that’s dedicated to improving the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Oak Veterinary Hospital and provide exceptional customer service
- Lead, mentor, and support customer service team to ensure high level
- Manage incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-up with clients
- Work closely with the doctor and staff to facilitate seamless care and serivce
- Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the veterinary field, with a strong customer service skills
- Previous team-leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain decorum and compassion in all circumstances
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Schedule & Practice Hours:
- Full-time, 4 days a week to start (schedule may change as the clinic grows).
- Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 7:30am - 5:30pm; Wed: 7:30am - 2:00pm
