Childcare Floor Manager (Lafayette, CA)
Oakwood Athletic Club,a full service, resort-type Health and Fitness Club, is hiring for the following position on their Management Team:
Childcare Department Manager (This is not strictly an Admin position, it is a hands on Mangement positions that works on the floor with the employee's and children.)
We are a Health Club with an ancillary Daycare that provides our members childcare while they work out and participate at the club. This is a hands on position working directly on the floor with the staff, children and parents.
This is a Department Manager position to manage and supervise an onsite Daycare facility inside of a resort-type, Members only, health and Fitness Club.
Applicants with previous community involvement here in Lafayette, CA and with knowledge of our surrounding community are preferred. In addition, the person in this position is also a member of the Club Management Team and will be required to particpate with the team in assisting to put on various club events.
This is a full time position and applicants must have the flexibility to work mornings, days, nights and weekends.
Benefits and Compensation:
$25.00hr - $27.00hr HOURLY PAY plus eligibility for individual COMPANY PAID medical and dental plans and we also offer a 401K. Great benefits package!!
Free Membership for employees that work a minimum of 20hrs per week

A Minimum of 18 Early Childhood Education Units required .
Previous Supervisory and/or Management experience in the daycare/childcare field required.
