Essential Duties:
Drive revenue and growth.
Create and implement sales strategies and plans aligned with the company's objectives.
Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, deliver on ambitious yet achievable sales targets. Research companies, business opportunities, and business prospects.
Actively contact customers and potential customers over phone calls, virtual meetings, emails, networking, social media and in person via sales visits. Establish new business and expand existing relationships.
Set meetings to carry on a consultative sales process for the purpose of developing long-term relationships. Employ active listening with customers to discover their needs.
Make calls to new, existing, or inactive customers. Strengthen customer relationships by maintaining a proactive partnership with decision makers consistently enhance our value proposition. Actively work with existing customers for referrals
Work with business management to develop proposals, negotiate on price, quantities and specifications.
Connect with broader business team on understanding products, service, processes, aftercare, in order to close opportunities, maintain and expand business.
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, events, and meetings. may act as subject matter expert, when appropriate.
Achieve monthly and annual targets. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Forecast sales performance. Adjust plans to opportunities and potential to exceed targets.
Provide extraordinary customer service so that our customers “can’t imagine doing business anywhere else.”
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Experience/Qualifications Required
3-5 years in Sales Executive or relevant role
Recent experience in the print, mail or direct mail equipment business, 3-5 years .
Passion for and proven success in sales.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated, driven by targets, with a results-driven methodology.
Aptitude in delivering effective and attractive presentations.
Demonstrable hands-on experience in all areas of essential responsibilities.
Proficiency with computers, internet, smartphone/tablet, and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Work Location: Remote position, WFH, Company HQ, Customer Locations
Working Hours: Daytime M-F 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. Scheduled 40 hours per week. May periodically require other hours as dictated by sales demands, e.g. travel, trade shows, dinners, etc.
Travel Requirement: Travel required.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
