About Our Health Center:

Responsibilities Include: Business Office Manager
- Perform business office functions in accordance with sound accounting practices.
- Explain financial obligations to residents and their family.
- Obtain copies of insurance cards and process credit card transactions.
- Complete ICP Medicaid applications for residents seeking financial assistance.
- Manage Medicaid pending application & conversion process to ensure timely resolution.
- Responsible for all aspects of the resident trust accounting system.
- Ensures procedures are followed to achieve an accurate and timely closing at month end.
- Willingness to help others.
Qualifications: Business Office Manager
- Previous experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and private payors.
- 1-3 years of A/R, billing, and collection experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care facility required.
