We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Teammate to help keep our beautiful Coles Point property in tip-top shape. If you love working outdoors, fixing things, and being part of a tight-knit team that takes pride in their surroundings, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep our marina and facilities safe, clean, and looking great
• Repair and maintain buildings, equipment, docks, and grounds
• Care for landscaping—mow, trim, rake, prune, and weed
• Troubleshoot and fix plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Maintain tools, lawn equipment, and small engines
• Support general upkeep and guest safety across the property
• Stay in close communication with the General Manager and teammates about tasks and priorities
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  
  
  

What You Bring to the Dock

• Experience in general maintenance—carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and more
• Hands-on knowledge of landscaping and outdoor upkeep
• Comfortable with tools, machinery, and small engine repairs
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump into action
• A team player with great communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Physically capable of moving equipment and navigating the property safely
