Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. This will be a temporary, six-month position, with the potential for a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our users, ensuring that all IT systems are running efficiently. Implementing software and subscriptions. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems and excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with vendors as well as assist users with their technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Windows operating system, Microsoft 365 and other software applications.
- Implementation of new and existing software and subscriptions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software, ensuring system functionality.
- Provide desktop support and assist with end-user training as needed.
- Creating IT policies and procedures.
- Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and website.
- Assist in graphic design and multimedia content creation.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of computer systems, data processing, and software applications.
- Knowledge of data security best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to identify and define user requirements effectively.
- The ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
