Guest Experience & Facilities Manager (Full-Time)

We are a fast-growing boutique luxury vacation rental company seeking an adaptable, hands-on Guest Experience & Facilities Manager to be an essential part of our operations. In this role, you’ll wear many hats—ensuring our properties run seamlessly, our guests feel at home, and our team functions like a well-oiled machine.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of luxury vacation rental properties
- Assist with guest check-ins/check-outs and provide top-tier guest support throughout their stay
- Address guest requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions efficiently
- Schedule and oversee repairs, maintenance, and general house checks
- Work closely with vendors and service providers to keep properties in top shape
- Provide phone and email support for guests and operations
- Perform minor property repairs and handle occasional furniture or item relocation
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to create exceptional guest experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service superstar with a positive, problem-solving attitude
- Someone eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player who thrives on working with others
- Prior experience in vacation rentals, boutique hospitality, or property management is a plus (but not required!)
- General maintenance knowledge is highly recommended
- Must maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a polished appearance
The Details:
- Location: Must live in Palm Springs or surrounding Coachella Valley cities
- Schedule: Requires weekends, many holidays, and on-call nights (Days off will likely be Tuesday/Wednesday)
- Mobility: Some travel within Palm Springs & Coachella Valley required
- Physical Requirements: May involve lifting/moving furniture, propane tanks, and other items
